Cano Export Group operates with a strict, professional process to protect both the buyer and the transaction.
Step 1: Initial Request
The buyer submits an intake request to Cano Export Group including the vehicle type, budget, and destination country. Each request is reviewed to confirm feasibility based on auction availability and export requirements.
Step 2: Agreement & Deposit
Before any bidding begins, the buyer must sign a service agreement and submit the required deposit. No bidding occurs without a signed agreement and deposit on file.
Step 3: Auction Search & Bidding
We identify suitable vehicles through U.S. auctions and place bids strictly within the buyer’s approved limits. All auction vehicles are sold AS-IS, and all auction purchases are final.
Step 4: Auction Win & Payment
If a vehicle is successfully won, the buyer is required to pay the remaining auction balance. The broker fee is due immediately. No transport, export, or logistics coordination begins until full payment is received.
Step 5: Export Coordination
Once payment is confirmed, the vehicle is coordinated for inland transport to the port, documentation preparation, and handoff to a licensed freight forwarder for export.
Important Notice
Cano Export Group acts strictly as a buyer’s agent and export coordinator. We do not guarantee vehicle condition, shipping timelines, or customs clearance. All third-party services are provided independently.
